End property taxes, period. Since it’s a debt that cannot be repaid it’s a violation of the 13th Amendment.
I am all for the total abolition of property taxes. The over 65 exemption on residence homesteads ended property taxes on my parents house in Dallas, 0$ paid from 1997-2018 when sold. The first $100K was exempt from all property taxes since folks in Dallas County voted to increase the exemption decades ago. Where I live now, the Comanche County sheeple (old Democrats that flipped Republican) never even tried to have that vote.
