When All Crimes Are Those Against the State

“Do not encroach against others or their property.”

The above principle is a simple one, yet it’s the basis for all criminal law. In turn, criminal law is the basis for Common Law, the legal system for English-speaking peoples and much of the rest of the world.

The idea is a simple one: If party A aggresses against party B, party B is entitled under the law to restitution or compensation to be paid by party A to party B.

Well, that seems straightforward enough. But at some point along the way, two fundamental changes have been made that don’t reflect the original principle.

NIH Scrambled After ZeroHedge Report On Fauci Beagle Experiments, Scrubbed Database, Then Fed WaPo Disinformation

Last week, Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene took a detour from grilling Anthony Fauci over COVID-19, to confront him with photos of beagles who had been subjected to animal testing experiments widely reported to be funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) under the National Institutes of Health (NIH), following a 2021 investigation series by the group White Coat Waste Project.

“We should be recommending you to be prosecuted,” Greene told Fauci. “We should be writing a criminal referral because you should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. You belong in prison,” she continued, adding “That man does not deserve to have a license. As a matter of fact, it should be revoked and he belongs in prison.”

This opened up a can of worms which includes a response from White Coat Waste, and triggered the Washington Post‘s Glenn Kessler to do a deep dive into ‘Beaglegage‘ in an effort to debunk Greene.

If the mRNA vaccines are a breathtaking discovery, destined to save the world from viruses and cancer, why has Pfizer stock declined 50% since 2021? Why is Pfizer stock at the same level it was in 2013? Why is Pfizer stock 33% lower than it was in 1999? It’s almost as if the market realized the entire covid scamdemic was a farce and the Pfizer jab never stopped transmission or infection. Or, maybe the market knows the Pfizer jabs have killed and continue to kill millions. Ukraine is a ‘gold mine’ – Lispy Lindsey

Allowing a Russian victory in the conflict would deprive America of access to vast mineral resources, Lindsey Graham says

Washington “cannot afford” to allow Russia to achieve victory in the Ukraine conflict as this would mean losing direct access to vast mineral assets, US Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) has said.

In an interview with ‘Face the Nation’ on CBS on Sunday, Graham accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of being a “megalomaniac” who is attempting to “re-create the Russian Empire by force of arms,” starting with Ukraine. He further claimed that if Moscow wins the current conflict, it will then take over Ukraine’s wealth and share it with China. Graham described that prospect as “ridiculous,” suggesting it would be better if this “gold mine” were available to the US instead.

MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE

When you have a war, there are usually two sides who see themselves facing an existential threat. They face each other on the field of battle, call on their fellow countrymen to sacrifice their lives or to send their sons off to fight and possibly die for their nation or cause.

All that being said, in what world does the government of one side continue to do business with the other in the midst of hostilities, providing them with the energy they need to manufacture the weaponry with which they kill your own people?

It’s illogical, it’s irrational, and it makes no sense whatsoever if the conflict is real.

Nothing- and I mean it when I say it- nothing in the current political world as promoted by The Narratives of our age reflect any kind of truth.

Unfortunately, we are left to figure out this convoluted story with nothing more than intuition and the few facts that we are able to discern on our own.

Government Raid Seizes $90,000 of Healthy Food Grown by Nourish Cooperative

Story at-a-glance

  • Nourish Cooperative is a farm cooperative that provides fresh, whole foods, such as low-PUFA eggs, raw milk, and “needle-free” grass fed and/or corn- and soy-free meat
  • On November 3, 2023, 15 of their corn- and soy-free, low-PUFA hogs were seized due to a misunderstanding on processing
  • On May 28, 2024, the cooperative was raided, and over $90,000 worth of product was put under “cease and desist” by the state of Michigan
  • The raid took place over the course of about four to five hours, and started with four government employees arriving in a government marked car, including a human food inspector, an animal food inspector and two dairy inspectors
  • Nourish Cooperative is fighting back to protect traditional foods and the right to access these healing products from small farms

There is a lot of fearmongering circulating in mainstream media about the “Avian Influenza”. In parallel to the fearmongering, there has been a large increase in the number of inspections and surveillance. Creating fear would certainly help better maintain control of the food system, wouldn’t it?

Putin Still Does Not Understand

At the St. Petersburg conference Putin was asked if it behooved Russia to get the war in Ukraine over with before the West got more involved. Putin’s answer (below) indicates that he still has no clue that the war is widening into more casualties–now Russian civilians inside mother Russia.

“Regarding speed, regarding results. You said that I have a great responsibility. Yes indeed. Is it possible to increase the speed of solving the problems we face? It is possible, but it is directly proportional to the losses. And understanding my responsibility, I nevertheless proceed from what the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense propose. Speed is important, but even more important is caring for the lives and health of our guys who are fighting at the front. Therefore, combat work is underway, but since the beginning of this year, 47 settlements have been liberated, 880, in my opinion, square kilometers. We are gradually pushing the enemy out of the territory of Donbass and other adjacent territories. The General Staff and the Ministry of Defense have plans for the implementation and achievement of all our goals, and we are acting according to these plans. I am sure that all these plans will be implemented.”

Putin still does not comprehend that “saving lives” is actually going to lose many more lives by allowing the war to be widened into a general conflict.

The movie actress Julia Roberts has sent me an email saying that if I send a donation to the Biden campaign I will be included in a lottery to be the one donor chosen to meet her, George Clooney and Biden. “We can’t wait to meet you,” she concludes.

I am amusing myself imaging Biden’s response to meeting me as the chosen donor. If Biden doesn’t know who I am, one of his aides is certain to whisper into his ear. Or would the aide? Biden would want to know “how did this guy get in here?”
