I think you misunderstood my point. The Bible says that sin entered the kosmos (not JUST in that garden) by man. Based on this we can assume that when there was no man, there was no sin. Eve was a victim or prey, which was harmed because she gave in to seduction. This is secondary to the one who first seduced her. The seducer was the attacker, perpetrator, or aggressor.
