If there is one thing that became perfectly clear during my time in the dump truck, it is this: The world runs on diesel. So every time I see a semi hauling a wind turbine, the following considerations come to mind: How many blades have been transported for how many windmills in how many areas? How much petroleum, or coal, or nuclear power, was utilized in the construction of said blades? How many gallons of diesel fuel were used to excavate the ground to run power lines from the rural areas where the wind turbines are located?
For what genuine purpose are wind turbines planted? Who benefits? And how much maintenance will the turbines, subjected to the elements, require over time? What is the net payoff?
Certainly, wind power, or solar, or electric vehicles, for that matter, are not currently self-sustaining. Instead, these are now subsidized by false narratives, and tax-payer funds, all in the service of Anthropological Climate Change®, which is an epic lie.
Last fall, in a previous article under the paragraph heading “The electric school bus acid test…”, I described the electric school bus “sales pitch” being made to schools. Consequently, earlier this month, I spoke to the transportation supervisor of our local school system and asked if he planned to order any electric vehicles this summer. Fortunately, he said “no”. He added that the superintendent was like-minded because of some information the supervisor had previously shared. The supervisor said he had contacted the local utilities and was informed their power plant did not have the capacity to power a fleet of electric buses during peak usage. Of course, peak usage occurs during the school year in a cold climate.
To be sure, narratives are so powerful because people believe them. Folks then act on their beliefs and sh*t happens. This is why the global propaganda models remain ever-fluid and universal: Problems are magnified via deception. As a result, the reasoning of “authorities” seems quite noble to virtue-signaling ignoramuses eager to embrace the lies. Tyranny ensues.

I prefer to think of these things as some form of the natural order. Without decay there can be no growth, if no one dies there’d be no room for new life, that sort of thing. I think we are living in a era of extreme imbalance towards the degeneracy and dissolution phase, but it is a closed system so hopefully it will find balance again.
In the meantime, incline towards the light, the good, the true and try to keep your spirits up as far as possible.

Honestly, I’m having another great summer. I’ve been engaging more in three dimensions and less online. Teaming up with some other guys who know how to get things done, we’ve worked, so far, together toward getting some new pickleball courts built and a bike trail for another town in my region. Plus I’ve been very busy at the farm… where silence and beauty abound.
Although I’m not much one for the Hallmark holidays, the words and hugs of my Offspring greatly touched my heart this Father’s Day. Better than I ever expected and more than I deserved.
The future is always in question. And, in the meantime, I’ve been blessed. No regrets. Thank you again

Thank you for that. We have no choice but to believe so. I go back to a debate I had years ago with a friend that was trying to make the intellectual case for atheism. My only words to him were that without religion, there is no hope. He, having children, shut the hell up and pondered the thought.
When I watch the world on it’s present path, I am left with nothing but dumbfounded wounder and outrage. When I am with my small clan when we can get together, none of that is relevant. We enjoy each other’s company and revel in the blessing of family. That and my faith is my main focus. I watch the world simply in an attempt to know when it’s time to run. I notice a trend where folks here hate on wind and solar. On a remote property, this stuff works if done right, matching the demand to the power produced. I have backups and so should every state. I thought NG-powered power production plants were the answer. Since people are too retarded to accept modern nuclear plant builds.

The best and longest lasting energy storage system is water and gravity.
If you have a windmill pump,elevating water to an elevated storage tank, you have a lot of power available to you as determined by the size of the storage and the size of the output pipes.
One could easily use a water wheel with gears and pulleys to do many things.
Run ceiling fans.
Washing machines.
One would just need to think of appropriate applications up to running a generator using water instead of an ICE motor.
Solar and wind are great for water, until you can’t get it when you need it. So you have to have storage. I assume it isn’t just subsidies that make farmers use grid power or diesel engines to run irrigation.
I wonder if you’d even need washing machines if you had continuous clean water. And you could use it for cooling. At least like old farms used to have. I don’t have a hill or water tower so I don’t see hydro or water wheels happening and haven’t looked into it.

However, when scaled for public usage, an entirely new level of… shall we say… sustainability is required; and largely subsidized by taxpayers instead of the energy companies that are profiting from the government hand-outs.
Occasionally, I will drive through wind turbine fields and will often see the towers surrounded by maintainance trucks and/or cranes.

For the record, after close to 20 years experience I can tell you that the only alternative energy system I think was worth the cost- and which remains viable if the complex systems collapse and you can’t get replacement parts- is solar thermal. Heat and hot water are extremely useful and it only requires the energy needed to pump water to the panels.
Photovoltaic is completely reliant on so many different components, none of which you can reproduce yourself, that it makes it only a temporary band-aid as the wheels come off the bus. Wind power is even worse, even if you live on a hilltop with great wind, they simply do not generate enough electricity to justify the cost. And all of these rely on battery storage. We’ve been through three battery arrays so far and each time the cost was doubled. Deep cell batteries aren’t something you can make on your own even if you had access to the raw materials
The smartest thing anyone can do to prepare is to learn to live with diminished energy consumption.
Solar thermal does indeed work. For example I just built my redneck pool heater. 4X4 box painted black with 300 feet of black hose coiled inside, sump pump in the pool in, exit line to pool out. Easy peezy.
My hubs built the same thing for his aquaculture business. Heated the water during winter by using it during the day; cooled the water in summer by using it at night as a radiator.

All these are the exact opposite of what you would do if actually trying to solve problems with effective incrementation. Minor Comment: First Picture looked like a very long gas tank. Now no matter what year it is, it will take the same about of gas to run your vehicle ( at least that can not be shinkflation) ,but
the cost of that is what has changed (yes those who shall not be names did this) So my point is this : instead of the very long gas truck, maybe a portable propane tank would be better. After all say 30 years ago you could but the gas in that tanker for the same price you could buy the volume of gas in a small propane tank or in numbers 30 gallons 30 years now only get you maybe a gallon.
