So…I went through my camera roll today from the last few years. And what I noticed was how freaking AWESOME my life is. BUT I know I wasn’t feeling that way at the time because I was allowing all this stupid bullshit to bother me.
I didn’t starve, I didn’t do without, I went on many adventures, and I didn’t die. The “dark forces” didn’t completely overtake me. I even had huge smiles in some of the pictures.
THAT was real life! This crap right here is not. It is never as bad as they want you to think and feel. I wish I had realized that then when my physical body was having a great life, but my mental well-being was not.
Lesson learned…fuck all this stupid nonsense & focus on the beauty…because life is really really beautiful. I have the pictures to prove it.
