It’s been almost 6 months since getting off hormonal birth control.
Half a year of no panic attacks

This has changed my life and I wish I had researched what a negative impact it could have on my body, I thought so much was wrong with me, every now and then I’ll feel some anxiety and think I’m going to have a panic attack and it hasn’t happened since I stopped taking it.
