bodybuilders sure… that gets ridiculous, but I played rugby for 15 years and I can say that ruggers can run for speed and endurance and still are built like trucks, being able to move a lot of weight. This is also true for a number of NFL athletes… this promo was to discourage youths going into the armed forces from going to get gym muscles.
