It also means “jaws”. The sickle/scythe is Sicilian dialect; fauci means jaws in Italian. It’s bizarre that this gigadeath murderer’s name should be the Grim Reaper’s harvesting implement. It really makes one wonder how long the con goes back in history. Is it really possible that this has been running for thousands of years and their sick joke is to somehow have this name be the hitman? Heck, how about Gates for a name in the same game, too?
