The Financial Jigsaw, Part 2 – CHINA versus USA – USA in Decline – UN Agenda 2030 – China Rising – Ukraine WW3; Apocalypse Now – It Won’t Be Long! – [06-08-24]

“Everything in life is writable about, if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.” [Sylvia Plath]

This week, the Financial Jigsaw Part 2 – Chapter 5 episode continues to track geopolitical chaos as the multipolar world rapidly emerges with the battle of China versus the USA (the Hegemon) continuing unabated.  Centred around Taiwan, the spark to ignite a confrontation between these economic giants is already baked in the cake. A discussion, comparing and contrasting these two polarised behemoths attempts to predict the inevitable outcome

A YouTube commenter wrote “There is no country under the sun that brought 770 million people out of poverty – except China! I am from Singapore. In the 1970s, we had to ship old clothes and money to our relatives living in China – they were utterly poor. I witnessed the rise of China in my lifetime. Today, they are a giant on the world stage and I have deep respect for the Chinese people. They are very diligent and pragmatic. Sadly, I witnessed the decline of the West in my lifetime too.”

The West is in inexorable decline and only a Great Reset will transform what has been broken and lost by design (and it’s NOT the Schwab Reset either!). BOOM explained how China uses a financial and economic system that is not only proving superior to that of the corrupt banker’s fiat systems in the West but also demonstrates it is the only winner in the race for an enduring Multipolar World.

USA IN DECLINE – lightly edited extracts from Elizabeth Nickson’s recent Substack with real news from the coalface.

In sharp contrast, growing up in a country village (pop. 500), surrounded by tidy productive prosperous farms going strong with stone and brick buildings, beautifully crafted family houses, lawns and weirs, and a village pond with ducks and mature trees.  Every adult contributed to the community. It was vivid, active, close-connected, and multi-generational.  What the hell happened in such a short time?

A hydrologist in Denver retired from a career at the Department of Interior, said that in the mid-70s, the blanket instructions from Washington DC switched from enabling business and development to preventing it.  His retirement on a small ranch, four meters from four different federal and state bureaucracies, indicated how closely he was being surveilled.

Over the years, regulations became so thick and punitive, that everyone operated in a catch-22 situation. You might overcome one set of government regulations only to discover that your success meant facing others. This irrationality is fiendish and positively demonic. The government and the money cabal are deliberately ruining peoples’ lives, subjugating them, impoverishing them, and with malice aforethought.

Dennis Meadows, a prominent member of the Club of Rome, hopes the “necessary” depopulation of the planet, targeted to just one billion people, with an 87.5% reduction from today’s 8 billion, can “occur civilly”.

“The planet can support something like a billion people, maybe two billion, depending on how much liberty and material consumption you want. If more liberty and more consumption are desired, there must be fewer people. And conversely, you can have more people. I mean, we could even have eight or nine billion, probably if we have a very strong dictatorship.”

Last week Elizabeth was in the provincial capital, Oak Bay Village, an ultra-posh English village style with half-timbered buildings, human-scaled, and friendly. However, everything was covered in a wash of grey with empty shops, abandoned stores, and people shrivelled and weary – worn out and demoralised with the constant battle to make the best of a bad life.

If the prettiest street in the fairest city in Canada, visited by millions of tourists a year is dying, where’s the hope for our future generations?  All this is due to impossible green mandates, the choking of energy supplies, the insane expense of green energy infrastructure which doesn’t produce and doesn’t “save money” and above all, regulation that means that every job in an SME public company struggles under $50,000 of government ESG mandates.

For every $1 spent the government gets $1.50, before taxes. The government is eating us alive. To compensate for destroying production, the government and markets surveil you, your house, garden, cars, boats, and chattels, to be included as a federal asset. As well as national parks, conservation areas, wildlife areas, all ecological study zones, and all resources. The Money Cabal will raise debt against these purloined assets, everything you think you own, because federal debt is the Banksters’ asset.

How much is being locked away?  The Biden administration estimates that land held privately, one-third of the U.S. is worth $32tn.  The idea is to lock away at least $ 32 worth of resources, while people can’t make their rent, single mothers weep and beg on social media, and people are electing to die because it is impossible to live.  An entire generation has no hope and is descending into nihilism.

American Stewards reported two significant Earth Day announcements released from the White House, reporting in January of 2023, announced the “National Strategy to Develop Statistics for Environmental – Economic Statistics.” Since then, they have been working to establish a methodology to value ecosystem services. There are four accounts: Land, Water, Air Emissions, and Economic Activity. Read the details:

CHINA ON THE RISE

“How many Americans understand what the USA faces in its aggressive confrontation with China?  Washington is preparing the public for another unnecessary war.  Given America’s routine defeated wars and catastrophic miscalculations in fighting small powers, picking a fight with what is becoming the Middle Kingdom seems less than smart.

China easily leads the world in civil engineering, roads, bridges, ports, railways, long-distance high-voltage transmission lines, and digital infrastructure. People returning from China describe it as returning from a more advanced planet.  Everyone talks about the high-speed trains, with good reason: at 180 mph, quiet and comfortable, with huge windows, and short stops at villages between major cities, give rural populations the speed of air travel without the hassle. By contrast, American railways look decidedly out of the nineteen-fifties, which they are of course.

The importance of civil engineering is more than symbolic. Infrastructure facilitates commerce. China is the manufacturing powerhouse of the world. By contrast, America simply ignores infrastructure, spending instead on the military-industrial complex having long since largely abandoned manufacturing.

China leads the world in shipbuilding and complements South Korea.  America has almost no ship-building except for its war machine and has been criticised by the Government Accounting Office for primitivism and slowness.   Shipbuilding is important for commerce and for the military.  China now has the world’s largest navy.

China leads the world in 5G, in patents, technology, manufacturing capacity, and installed base but it is not well understood. 5G allows the transmission of large amounts of data with short response times, high throughput, and low latency. Huawei now has, what it calls 5×5 G, an improved version of 5G which is important for controlling robotic factories and smart cities which Beijing is taking seriously. China has around 3.6 million installed base stations versus 100,000 pseudo-5G base stations in the US.

China discovers its brightest students through rigorous testing and sends them, at government expense, to its excellent universities. The US deliberately dumbs down its education at all levels to make minorities look smarter than they are.

China dominates the electric vehicle market. Its lead over the US is so great as to be insuperable in technology, batteries, price, and productive capacity.  Technology news reports Chinese EV batteries that charge in ten minutes with BYD’s sub $10,000 car finding a booming market in the Global South; no other country is even close.  The US high tariffs on Chinese EVs will serve only to allow American companies to continue selling wildly over-priced vehicles to Americans, for those who want them, which is diminishing rapidly now the market has become saturated

China, Russia, and perhaps Iran have developed hypersonic missiles, of which America has none.  Americans generally assumed a technological advantage over Russia and China which is a mistake.  Judging by the poor performance of Western weaponry in Ukraine, it is clear that Western technology has fallen behind in the race.

The Chinese have the brains, engineers, and savvy to design and make high-end chips, however, Washington has a stranglehold on the equipment needed to manufacture them.  China has a recent history of horrifying Washington by doing things it wasn’t supposed to do, such as making chips in seven and five-nanometre nodes and staying neck-and-neck with the US in supercomputers. However, it has been unable to make the advanced lithography tools needed at the forefront of the chip business.

China leads the world in the production of steel and aluminum.  America can’t compete, so it imposes tariffs instead.  China also leads the world in solar panels in technology, production capacity, and price. However, China lags behind America in some aspects of its space program. It has an extensive and robust launch capacity, a successful space station, more advanced than the International Space Station, and is moving rapidly toward reusable launch vehicles.

China has four times the US population, the Han by agreement among psychometrists have a five or six-point advantage in mean I.Q, and an intelligent government focused on increasing its commercial advantage.  America and the West condemn authoritarianism, but it allows Beijing to make long-term decisions over decades or more. It also allows a noticeable system approach. In America, individual states or corporations undertake projects like high-speed rail or 5G, but China works on a whole-country basis. The difference is clear – the Chinese system works.

What China doesn’t have is a sprawling, over-extended, low-grade, incomprehensibly costly military-industrial complex draining funds desperately needed to upgrade America to 21st-century standards. China seems to have figured that wars cost money and the Chinese appreciate and respect money combined with effective and prudent money management systems.”

ON THE OTHER HAND – Is CHINA’S Intent to Destroy America?

This exposes China’s intention to go to war with the United States.  It is based on the idea that the Chinese fully intend, on not just conquering America, but destroying America.

A recent speech made to the CCP in Communist China speaks to the resolve and historical overview that exists in China about, not just invading the United States, but decisively destroying the country and killing as many Americans as possible. The content of this speech was leaked to John Moore; Paul Martin forwarded a copy.

Opinions and statements are from the very best sources.  Everything in this report is based on a universal consensus being authentic and represents the majority philosophy of the CCP. [AP Comment: A Chinese reader some time ago confirmed that China has never forgotten the humiliation of the Opium Wars perpetrated by the British.]

China is not and never has been an American ally – they have been victims of the colonial West for centuries.  Recently, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) conducted an online survey and one of the key questions asked was:

Will you shoot at women, children, and prisoners of war,” more than 80% of the respondents answered in the affirmative, exceeding by far our expectations” expressed by the Chinese Defence Minister, General Wei who went on to say:

“The central issue of this survey appears to be whether one should shoot at women, children, and prisoners of war, but its real significance goes far beyond that. Ostensibly, our intention is mainly to figure out what the Chinese people’s attitude towards war is: If these future soldiers do not hesitate to kill even non-combatants, they’ll naturally be doubly ready and ruthless in killing combatants. Therefore, the responses to the survey questions may reflect the general attitude people have towards war. The purpose of the CCP Central Committee in conducting this survey is to probe people’s minds. We wanted to know: If China’s global development will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries, will our people endorse that scenario? Will they be for or against it?

Subsequently, General Wei deems the Chinese people ready for war but do the Chinese view themselves as the Master Race on the Planet?  It is unproven that the Chinese general populace views Americans, and pretty much everyone else on the planet, as inferior Untermensch.

However, the Chinese elites claim: “We can assert that we are the product of cultural roots of more than a million years, civilization and progress of more than ten thousand years, an ancient nation of five thousand years, and a single Chinese entity of two thousand years. This is the Chinese nation that calls itself, “descendants of Yan and Huang,” the Chinese nation that we are so proud of.  Hitler’s Germany had once bragged that the German race was the most superior race on Earth, but the fact is, our nation is far superior to the Germans.

During our long history, our people have disseminated throughout the Americas and the regions along the Pacific Rim, and they became Indians in the Americas and the East Asian ethnic groups in the South Pacific. We all know that on account of our national superiority, during the thriving and prosperous Tang Dynasty, our civilization was at the peak of the world. We were the centre of the world’s civilization, and no other civilization in the world was comparable to ours. Later on, because of our complacency, narrow-mindedness, and the self-enclosure of our own country, we were surpassed by Western civilization, and the centre of the world shifted to the West.

In reviewing history, one may ask: Will the centre of the world civilization shift back to China?  Comrade He Xin put it in his report to the Central Committee in 1988: If the fact is that the centre of leadership of the world was located in Europe as of the 18th Century, and later shifted to the United States in the mid-20th Century, then in the 21st Century the centre of leadership of the world will shift to the East of our planet. And, “the East” of course mainly refers to China.”

This is the goal of Chinese foreign policy: To shift the centre of world civilisation back to China by any means possible.  It is clear from Wei’s remarks that the Chinese are going to follow the Third Reich, with one exception. They fully plan to tighten control over MSM and social media (A Google-based Social Credit System) and they plan state-sponsored domination and brainwashing in education.

When we decide to revitalize China based on the German model, we must not repeat the mistakes they made.  Specifically, the following are the fundamental causes for the defeat of Germany and Japan:

  • First, they had too many enemies all at once, as they did not adhere to the principle of eliminating enemies one at a time;
  • Second, they were too impetuous, lacking the patience and perseverance required for great accomplishments;
  • Third, when the time came for them to be ruthless, they turned out to be too soft, therefore leaving troubles that resurfaced later on.”

This statement, made by the Chinese Defence Minister, will focus on defeating only one enemy, the United States.   The Nazis lacked patience. The Chinese are willing to bide their time and plan their military conquests over a long time frame.  The Germans were too soft, meaning that they were not brutal enough.

I leave the reader to consider the validity of the proposition that China is engaged on world domination.  Perhaps this is how the Western mind interprets the Chinese sentiments but how do other nations, east and west, understand China’s foreign policy?

UKRAINE – THE FUSE THAT DETONATES WW3 – IT’S GETTING CLOSER

“I would like to warn American leaders against miscalculations that could have fatal consequences,” Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said, according to the Russian state news agency RIA. “For unknown reasons, they underestimate the seriousness of the rebuff they may receive.” “I urge these figures (in the US) to spend time, which they spend on some kind of video games, judging by the lightness of their approach, on studying what was said by Vladimir Putin,” Ryabkov said, adding that Putin had given “a very significant warning and it must be taken with the utmost seriousness.”  Sources

RUSSIA’S VICTORY IN UKRAINE IS NEAR – Guest Post by Scott Ritter

It should be noted that, while Russia entered the conflict facing a single adversary (Ukraine), within months it became clear that Moscow was confronting the cumulative military capability of the Collective West.  NATO’s financial, materiel, logistical, command and control, and intelligence support was married to Ukrainian manpower resources to create a military capacity designed to degrade Russia physically and mentally, to strategically defeat Russia by promoting the conditions for its economic and political collapse – thus a repeat of the successful approach to the Soviet Union culminating in 1991 – but we are not fighting the last war!

Russia recognised NATO’s strategic intent, on the part of its declared and undeclared adversaries early on, which is a testament to the patience and vision of its leadership. Military observers criticised Moscow’s inability to deliver an initial knockout blow against Ukraine, attributing this failure to poor leadership and even poorer military capacity on the part of a Russian military machine suddenly deemed incompetent.

However, the reality was much different.  Moscow was making a strategic transition from a peacetime military posture. It initially intended a brief conflict by forcing the Ukrainian government to the negotiation table (only to be thwarted by Ukraine’s Western partners, who chose to sacrifice Ukraine in the hope of strategically defeating Russia instead of opting for a peaceful resolution), to a posture capable of wearing down both Ukraine’s ability to resist and the collective West’s ability to sustain Kyiv economically and politically.  From a military perspective, Russia’s strategic goal has always been ”demilitarisation” of Ukraine.

The logistics and troop transport corridors would originate in places like Greece, Italy, Turkey, The Netherlands, and Norway with the port of Rotterdam, a key northern European hub, specifically named. Communication lines, like the Germany-Poland railway, are also mentioned in the report – all of which would theoretically allow rapid deployment of US forces to any NATO territory being threatened (based on Article 5 – Common Defence).

The reality is a ‘big-picture contingency plan’ and has been on US and NATO planners’ backburners since the 1960s.  [AP comment: I was assigned to SHAPE in the early 1960’s and know first-hand that the plans were well advanced even then.] Sources

If the West goes down so shall developing nations fold into mass starvation and tribal war. Central banking has ridden the backs of the Western world, to prop up developing nations with slave labor and little to no environmental regulation. As the host dies the parasites will slip into starvation and cannibalism.

Probably before the developing nations fall, the US Deep State ZOG Oligarchs will suffer the taste of the fruits of their Tyranny , and then the American FSA domestic parasites will slip into starvation and cannibalism. Oh Happy Days.

The NATO land corridor graphic is erroneous, or will be when it happens.

Turkey has petitioned to join the BRICS. Even though one is a military alliance and the other, economic, I’d have a hard time believing Turkey would allow a troop deployment on its soil against its own economic interests. Turkey’s never been in lockstep with the rest of NATO.

Turkey has been playing both sides against each other, and Erdogan’s ultimate goal is to revive the Ottoman Empire.

I agree; I served two years at Izmir Land Southeast and no Army is ever going to move against Russia from Turkey like that arrow; pure bullshit ZOG NeoCon fiction gaslighting propaganda lies. Also, I believe Greeks have a lot in common with Russia , and Russia would defend Greece from Turks; I also doubt any Army will ever move from Greece against Russia; more typical total ZOG NeoCon bullshit fiction gaslighting propaganda lies.

No. I was with until he said Chinese were on the same page. That seemed like brainwashing. That prickly at the bottom of mind stood up. No.
