Cops are the paid muscle for municipal corporations that mascaraed as ‘government’. Yeah they deal with a lot of fucked up people (because most people are complete shit bags that came from shit bag parents) and for that I give them credit; but when they are going around writing tickets (stealing) and harassing people they are behaving no differently than criminals. People who do not exercise their own conscience (just following orders) are bad people and their behavior is inexcusable.
