The jury has come back with a unanimous verdict in the hush money case against Donald Trump in Manhattan: Guilty.

The jury empaneled in the NY v. Trump case said it has reached a verdict.
The 12-person jury – which has requested 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork – will soon enter the courtroom and announce what it has decided. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged former President Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, and Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts.
Judge Juan Merchan will invite the jury in to read its verdict.
Prior to receiving the jury’s note around 4:20 p.m., Merchan had indicated he would excuse the jury for the day at 4:30 as a growing number expected a mistrial due to a hung jury however the presence of a verdict means that we will shortly know if the jury has found Trump “guilty” or “not guilty.”
Prosecutors needed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump falsified business records to conceal a $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels, a pornographic performer, in the lead-up to the 2016 election to silence her about an alleged affair with Trump in 2006.
Michael Cohen, Trump’s former attorney, was the prosecution’s “star witness.”He testified that he personally made the $130,000 payment to Daniels using a home equity line of credit in an effort to conceal the payment from his wife.
Cohen said he did this because Trump told him to “handle it” and prevent a negative story from coming out ahead of the election.But Trump’s defense attorneys maintained that the president never directed Cohen to do so.

Yesterday all the newsfeeds were making click bait out of the fact that one of the jurors smiled in Trump’s direction stating that it meant that there would be a hung jury. No one wanted to admit that the juror was smiling because he knew that as soon as he voted guilty, he would be a rich man and along with his fellow jurors would enjoy a privileged life in the New World order.

Two obvious questions no one has asked Braggs:
1. What is the underlying crime Trump was trying to hide?
2. If Trump committed an underlying crime why was he not charged and prosecuted for that crime too?
Those two questions destroy Bragg’s case. It would make more sense legally to prosecute Trump for a real felony than for accounting error misdemeanors and to try to bump them up to felonies. It is a “addon crime” without the original crime described or prosecuted.
He can’t say federal election law because the feds already said there was no violation. He can’t prosecute a federal crime anyway. He can’t say an NDA as they are perfectly legal. Stormy Daniels has never claimed any type of sexual violence so that isn’t the underlying crime. So what is the crime Trump was trying to hide and why didn’t he prosecute Trump for that crime?
He certainly has never been convicted for another crime other than this targeted made up one. The other fake cases were lawsuits because again they couldn’t prove a real crime in criminal court.
Apparently, running against Hillary was his crime. It was “HER TURN”, after all.
Apart from all of the, uh . . . “trumped”-up charges (badoom) by the Just-Us apparatus in our former republic, the real shame here is that Trump was coming to rescue America, with his drained Swamp and his faithful sidekick, Nimrata “the Nuke” Haley and posse.

Meanwhile in unrelated news Ukraine hit an early detection radar station in Russia with a missile most likely supplied from a NATO country. This was a test. Putin replied that if this continues population dense areas in the us may be targeted for nuclear destruction. So, the West(NATO) ups the ante by saying let’s allow Ukraine to use our missiles to hit targets deep in Russia. Calling Putin’s bluff.
