I know a guy who lost his license in 1989!! and has been driving since then without a license. He has been popped a few times over the years to include 2 DUIs (#2 was while out on bond for #1 three weeks after and included fleeing the scene). He finally got all that trouble behind him. He sold a house he inherited for 800k. You think he spent the 25k to get his license back? Nope. Motherfucker still risking it.
