My thumbs up vote indicates my disdain for the spying on your home, or my home, or anyone’s home without a probable cause and a duly authorized warrant. We do still have a 4th amendment, whether the ensconced President and weak Congress agree or not.
If the 4th Amendment is ignored and unenforced, it’s the same as NOT having it.
If you are in full view of the public, you have zero expectation of privacy under the law. End of story. The 4th Amendment doesn’t apply to that situation.

You seem not to know American History, nor the constitution, nor the Federalist Papers. They say that if our government strays from its constitutional limits, we are to replace that government at once, and to KEEP replacing it until we once more have a constitutional government. Problem is, modern citizens don’t have the stomach to risk their “Lives, Their Fortunes, and Their Sacred Honor”–which is what those “Free Masons and heretics” did.
They WERE our moral superiors because they fought the tyrannical government of their day to win their independence and create the government THEY wanted, while we don’t lift a finger to fight the tyrannical government we have now to get the government WE want. This is NOT the government our Founders erected, and their instructions to us is clearly to remove this government and create one like what our Founders created, bound by the constitution.

School board in Virginia votes to restore Confederate names
The education board for a rural Virginia county voted early on Friday to restore the names of Confederate generals stripped from two schools in 2020, making the mostly white, Republican district the first in the U.S. to take such an action.
By a 5-1 vote, the Shenandoah County board overturned its 2020 decision that stripped a public high school and elementary school of their original names honoring three military leaders of the pro-slavery South in the Civil War.
Under the board’s action, Mountain View High School will again become known as Stonewall Jackson High, while Honey Run Elementary School will revert to the name Ashby Lee Elementary.
The names belong to some of the most well-known military leaders of the Confederacy. Robert E. Lee was commander of the Army of Northern Virginia; Thomas Jonathan “Stonewall” Jackson was a Confederate infantry general, and Turner Ashby was a rebel cavalry commander. All of them were Virginians.

I spent a couple minutes getting to the start of the fight and then waiting for the fight to start, before realizing this is pro wrestling. I feel really dumb now.
