Cool, when the automaker’s AI decides I can’t drive and abruptly stops my car for me, the automaker will be liable for any accidents their software causes right? If the driver no longer has complete care and control over the vehicle at all times because the manufacturer’s software takes that control away, the manufacturer assumes liability for their software taking control of the vehicle and is responsible for any consequences their software causes.
