“Were You Expecting Us?”: ATF Agents Go ‘Door To Door’ To Confiscate FRT-15 Triggers

Via ZeroHedge

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) under the Biden administration continues its ‘door-to-door’ operation to seize Rare Breed FRT-15 triggers from private citizens. The latest example comes days ago when ATF agents, noticeably armed and wearing ballistic plate carriers, showed up at a person’s home, demanding the surrender of the FRT-15 trigger.

A man who claimed to be the owner of Moonlight Industries, a company specializing in making chest rigs for special forces operators, posted a video on Moonlight’s YouTube channel of two ATF agents visiting him at his home.

The conversation begins with the woman ATF agent saying, “Were you expecting us?”

The man responded, “Well, it doesn’t surprise me with a guy wearing a plate carrier showing up…”

The woman ATF agent (who does most of the talking) said, “The reason why we’re here … that just recently, the ATF, classified the FRT as machine guns.”

She said, “We are aware that you might have purchased some of these FRTs.” She admitted, “Like the whole agency is basically ‘reaching out’ to these purchasers, and we have to pick them up.”

After all that, Moonlight’s owner responded, “Well, I won’t be answering any questions today … and I don’t have any comments on this subject … and I won’t be giving you anything.”

In a split second, the male ATF agent asked Moonlight’s owner, “Are you refusing to give us the trigger?”

Moonlight’s owner said, “I’m not refusing to give anything. I just won’t be answering any questions.”

Here’s the 4-minute conversation.

How the ATF obtained customers’ information about who bought the triggers is still unknown. Some believe the ATF seized Rare Breed’s customer base through payment processors and or shipping companies. But what’s evident from the video is that the agents are aware of who bought these triggers and know exactly where those people live.

For the last few years, we’ve thoroughly covered the ATF’s battle against Rare Breed Triggers. The gun parts company once legally sold a drop-in trigger for an AR-15-style rifle that forces the trigger to reset at such a high speed that it increases the weapon’s fire rate.

Remember last summer when this video went viral after ATF agents tried to conduct an inventory audit of a man who legally bought firearms?

The top commenter on Moonlight’s YouTube video wrote: “You handled this soooo professionally and well . They know it’s overreaching. Rules made up , not laws voted on by Congress ! 2 Amendment violations . Share this video with everyone you know who supports our rights to keep and bear arms ! Great content thank you sir .”

But, … but, … door to door confiscations are the line in the sand that will trigger civil war … the people will rise up and revolt. /s
In actual fact, ITGs will each cower in place individually until the knock comes on their door, then they’ll comply or futilely lawyer up. No one will be dying in a hail of gunfire to defend rights.

If they follow their game plan, next there will be a reported incident where the swat team comes, and someone gets hurt etc. Real, or staged, it will make ‘the news’ thus scaring a significant portion of people into compliance(or just fear).
Propaganda and mind control.

Remember that the stories of deadly resistance are suppressed more than facts about the Biden’s thievery. How much did you hear about the guy who wiped out an entire SWAT team by himself? It happened.
Remember the Bundy deal where the sniper team found out they were in the sights of protest supporters? One could go on.

The people have a way of getting their hands on the “order followers” addresses. While some keyboard warriors will meekly comply not everyone is made that way and then it’s on like donkey kong. Which is what they ultimately want and they will push and push until that happens.

The people have a way of getting their hands on the “order followers” addresses.

Really?
I keep hearing this. “these people have names & addresses” but nobody ever actually doxxes them or even provably finds their names or addresses (i.e. without publishing them).
From the article:

In a split second, the male ATF agent asked Moonlight’s owner, “Are you refusing to give us the trigger?”

Find that agent’s name and address. <— That's a direct challenge.

Can you?

Are you, or someone else, going to give the "of course I can, I just don't want to" cop-out?

I would have no idea how to do it. By the time it meant anything to do it, it would be too late. Besides which, nobody …. repeat: NOBODY … is actually going to find that agent or do a damned thing to him … NOBODY.

It’s all Internet-toughguy-ism that will evaporate into pants-pissing when they come around to the ITG’s door

Thanks for proving my point. You can tell people all day long that you have a way of “getting your hands on the ‘order follower’s’ addresses; but you can’t actually prove that you can or have done so. Thus making all such claims internet tough guy BULLSHIT.

You also missed the two other points:
1. Unless you have a searchable database already handy, your attempt to find out will be too late, and so, useless.
2. Unless you have a team ready to respond in a way that makes each of you conspirators to assault or murder federal agents, then it’s also useless.

The point of my comment was simply that claims such as yours is pure shit-talking bluster. I read comments like it for a decade in various iterations from people and all those tough guys going to the range, oiling their weapons, and doing their PT masked up and cowered in place when authorities said so.

Cowardly blustering bullshit about things you’ll do in some SHTF scenario that’s always an ass-hair and a sorry excuse from ever happening ought to stop.

You are not going to get anyone’s address or do jack shit about any of it so stop claiming that you will.

Better yet stop believing someone else will do it for you while you shit your pants and pray you don’t hear that knock.

His argument seems sound to me; there is no law, the ATF invents a rule that says these legally made and legally purchased items are now illegal. Bullshit.
Same as Joe Biden making an executive order banning ‘assault rifles’. Now these fuckers come to my door and demand to take my battle rifle, that I’ve legally owned for several decades, and also has considerable $$$value.
Fuck ’em. The constitution, which used to be the law of the land, says I can have it.
There is no more law and order. The DOJ, FBI, ATF and all the rest are crooked and corrupt.
Doesn’t matter if you’re a decent, God-fearing, patriotic veteran, whose dad fought honorably in WWII. You work, obey the law, pay your taxes and try to do the right thing, and search for the truth.
And the truth is, they are Godless, satanic power-hungry cocksuckers who will kill you and fuck your children without batting an eye.

He pulled up Statutes and regulations and read directly from them.

The Feds have all the information on weapons you own if you bought with a credit card and/or in a gun shop that did a check to get approval for your weapons purchase. Thanks to the patriot act the Federal agencies can look at and use this information as they see fit. This is all a test…. it is practice for when the Feds finally decide to confiscate all our weapons. That is why other Federal agencies are being issued weapons and ammo. They will be drafted into the confiscation effort. My opinion I could be wrong.

In Montana you can personally buy and sell guns in the state without background checks etc. You’re supposed to have sales receipts but things get lost.

It’s not like someone can basically make the same thing with a wire clothes hanger and a multi tool. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I’m not stoopid enough to do so, mind you, but it reminds me of when they went after music sharing site Napster after the music sharing sites after the bit torrent software was released.

As for the FRT company, their lawyer is a guy named Kevin Maxwell, I’ve known Kevin since the mid 90’s, let me tell you something about Kevin, he used to build fully operational copies of Russian ICBMs albeit with dummy warheads, to be used to test US anti missile technology.

Kevin is brilliant and dogged, and FRT is a Florida company, I believe it’s in the Middle District, and is in the 11th US circuit, so my money will be on FRT, and the ATF is going to lose in the courts. And the ATF is going to have to reimburse a lot of people.

One trigger pull per firing does NOT make a weapon automatic, regardless of how quickly the trigger resets. If the ATF is allowed to continue to pursue this unconstitutional search and seizure, it won’t be long before they reclassify ALL semi-automatic weapons, and demand their surrender, also.
