It was at 3%, but it’s been updated now to 7%. At least that’s what I’ve read.
But, it’s still probably over exaggerated. I don’t totally believe that number. I just see it being pushed that they’ll soon be at 10%.
My buddy served on the USS Belknap out of Gaeta ,Italy . He is totally shocked at what he hears about today’s military.

That would be terrible strategy – just going hot out of desperation. Understandable, but futile. Careful planning is always better.
We should have total audiovisual surveillance there, too, to protect any soldiers from the court of public opinion, should they ever need to actually engage (alongside absolutely unforgiving court martial for anyone shooting out of hatred).
