Well, this observation is bound to piss off at least half this crowd, but here it goes…

Ron Paul TALKS a great game, but in over a quarter century in CONgress he didn’t accomplish jack shit. Not one piece of legislation can be attributed to him.

Centeral,

“He followed the crowd on our dime for 24+ years”.

Read the interview above and scan these…if you still believe that…I rest my case.

This Much Is True: You Have Been Lied To.

The government is expanding.
Taxes are increasing.
More senseless wars are being planned.
Inflation is ballooning.
Our basic freedoms are disappearing.

The Founding Fathers didn’t want any of this. In fact, they said so quite clearly in the Constitution of the United States of America. Unfortunately, that beautiful, ingenious, and revolutionary document is being ignored more and more in Washington. If we are to enjoy peace, freedom, and prosperity once again, we absolutely must return to the principles upon which America was founded. But finally, there is hope . . .

In The Revolution, Texas congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul has exposed the core truths behind everything threatening America, from the real reasons behind the collapse of the dollar and the looming financial crisis, to terrorism and the loss of our precious civil liberties. In this book, Ron Paul provides answers to questions that few even dare to ask.

Despite a media blackout, this septuagenarian physician-turned-congressman sparked a movement that has attracted a legion of young, dedicated, enthusiastic supporters . . . a phenomenon that has amazed veteran political observers and made more than one political rival envious. Candidates across America are already running as “Ron Paul Republicans.”

“Dr. Paul cured my apathy,” says a popular campaign sign. The Revolution may cure yours as well.

In the post-meltdown world, it is irresponsible, ineffective, and ultimately useless to have a serious economic debate without considering and challenging the role of the Federal Reserve.

Most people think of the Fed as an indispensable institution without which the country’s economy could not properly function. But in End the Fed, Ron Paul draws on American history, economics, and fascinating stories from his own long political life to argue that the Fed is both corrupt and unconstitutional. It is inflating currency today at nearly a Weimar or Zimbabwe level, a practice that threatens to put us into an inflationary depression where $100 bills are worthless. What most people don’t realize is that the Fed — created by the Morgans and Rockefellers at a private club off the coast of Georgia — is actually working against their own personal interests. Congressman Paul’s urgent appeal to all citizens and officials tells us where we went wrong and what we need to do fix America’s economic policy for future generations.

In Liberty Defined, congressman and #1 New York Times bestselling author Ron Paul returns with his most provocative, comprehensive, and compelling arguments for personal freedom to date.

The term “Liberty” is so commonly used in our country that it has become a mere cliche. But do we know what it means? What it promises? How it factors into our daily lives? And most importantly, can we recognize tyranny when it is sold to us disguised as a form of liberty?

Dr. Paul writes that to believe in liberty is not to believe in any particular social and economic outcome. It is to trust in the spontaneous order that emerges when the state does not intervene in human volition and human cooperation. It permits people to work out their problems for themselves, build lives for themselves, take risks and accept responsibility for the results, and make their own decisions. It is the seed of America.

This is a comprehensive guide to Dr. Paul’s position on fifty of the most important issues of our times, from Abortion to Zionism. Accessible, easy to digest, and fearless in its discussion of controversial topics, Liberty Defined sheds new light on a word that is losing its shape.

Twelve-term Texas Congressman, Presidential candidate, and #1 New York Times bestselling author Ron Paul returns with a highly provocative treatise about how we need to fundamentally change the way we think about America’s broken education system in order to fix it.

Whether or not you have children, you know that education is vital to the prosperity and future of our society. Yet our current system simply doesn’t work. Parents feel increasingly powerless, and nearly half of Americans give our schools a grade of “C”. Now, in his new book, Ron Paul attacks the problem head-on and provides a focused solution that centers on strong support for home schooling and the application of free market principles to the American education system. Examining the history of education in this country, Dr. Paul identifies where we’ve gone wrong, what we can do about it, and how we can change the way we think about education in order to provide a brighter future for Americans.

BL,

I don’t buy that he was C/O…there is going to have to be some hard evidence for that type of ’slander’ to stick with me at this time…and I have read many of the links attacking him from all sides.

If you consider the consistent lifelong body of his opposition to, education about, and the attention he drew to ‘THEM’ (TLPTB – L= Luciferian…my label not his) he was a voice in the political Uni-party wilderness for decades. Matter of fact I think I first heard the term Uni-Party from him??? (Not positive about that).

Now I’m not a Libertarian, and never have been, but his stances against the Banksters, the Neo Cons and his support for life were longstanding and epic.

TLPTB may have let him live because they like announcing or bringing attention to what they do and sticking it our faces…and he accomplished that…but calling him C/O (unless you have some indisputable C/O evidence – I’m open to any and all indisputable evidence on any subject) is to me what the British Paratroopers call ‘A Bridge too Far’.

Ron Paul: The Globalists’ Worst Nightmare

Good flashback from 2012:

Now on books…’Confusion in the Cosmos’ held many new revelations for me as I read it when it first came out years ago, finding it the most comprehensive book about the confusion of the cosmos in dealing with the origin and general structure of the universe, God’s natural order, and last but not least the decoding of the deception I have ever read in between two covers.

It is a powerful book , look forward to your final review.

Anyone interested here it is:

A scriptural review of Cosmology and Deception unlike anything you’ve ever read. Do you struggle with the complexity of a Most-High Creator, Angels, Demons, Earth and Space?

This book will be an eye-opener by enhancing your worldview regarding our true Cosmology and the things that are intentionally hidden from us today. We will rebuild the Cosmos as described from all Biblical references describing the Creation of the Universe, and reveal a new understanding of how it all comes to an end. A great book for the curious and anyone interested in learning the misunderstood aspects of the Bible and other ancient texts!

Mark-You want to believe, that’s fine. I was there the night he made his debut along with the Rev. Al Sharpton. This was before he had ever run for any political office on a trash (underline trash) TV show on the level of WWF and Jerry Springer. If you can just try to see around the curtain where the levers are pulled and understand that the TLPTB create personas for their use. Sharpton was a gangster hit man (true) and Paul came out of the military entertainment complex. Like Rush Limbaugh he was to say all the things you wanted to hear, he actually told truths on the banksters, he was the hero fighting the bad guys. Just like Limbaugh it never changed a thing, the decline went on decade after decade. That was his job, same for Limbaugh. TLPTB have no trouble putting shills out there to tell you exactly how evil they are but rest assured there will be no hero saving you from their grip.

THE LONELINESS OF RON PAUL: BY THE NUMBERS, 1975 -1985
05-April-2022 by Brandan

In 2022, the ideological landscape of American foreign policy opposition is the most dynamic and diverse it has been in over eight decades. This is especially true for the right, as a new crop of libertarian-leaning and populist Republicans are challenging key precepts of America’s mission in the world. For those who know their foreign policy history or who are old enough to remember the Cold War, this represents a seachange in the American right.

While the right has a long history of “isolationism,” that tradition of foreign policy restraint waned for much of the early Cold War. Caught under political pressure, generational turnover, and internal tension between anticommunism and restraint, right-wing noninterventionism effectively vanished from the GOP by the early 1970s. And it is in that vacuum that Ron Paul began his congressional career in 1975.

comment image

When Ron Paul began his political career in the 94th Congress he was a man after his time. With the retirement of Iowa Congressman H.R. Gross, the last of the so-called “Old Right” departed office. In their place arose the “New Right,” a new generation of conservatives more aligned with the goals of the Cold War and the technocratic liberal vision which undergirded them. During his first two stints in Congress (1975-1977 and 1979-1985), Paul served as the lone voice of right-wing opposition to U.S. foreign policy.

comment image

Of all of the 473 Representatives or Senators who began their careers between 1975 and 1985, Ron Paul posted the highest career opposition to U.S. foreign policy, at 72%. Of the 202 Republicans, his next highest competitor was Claudine Schneider (RI-2), a liberal GOPer who voted in opposition a relatively lower 47% (see below). Rep. Paul’s uniqueness was especially stark given his generation (Silent, born 1935) and ideology (libertarianism). The 35 right-wing Republicans of the Silent generation who began their careers between 1975 to 1985 averaged a career opposition percentage of a mere 29.4%.

comment image

During the height of the Cold War’s re-escalation, Paul was the sole right-wing Republican consistently in opposition to the excesses of US foreign policy. By the mid-1970s, the poles of opposition to U.S. foreign policy flipped. This seismic change in the ideological polarity of opposition to U.S. foreign policy effectively broke the political continuity of the interventionist right…save for the presence of Ron Paul. In this new political landscape, Paul was essentially on his own. Plotting Paul alongside his Democratic colleagues who posted similar opposition from 1975 to 1985, his political loneliness becomes clear.

comment image&f=1&nofb=1&ipt=4259e22c9b5173a571a260b99aa06e7e9f697058f20e79ac08c13deefd087488&ipo=images

The uniqueness of Paul’s voting record on military policy is even starker given his generation, party affiliation, and ideology. While 41 Democrats posted higher military policy opposition than Paul (see below), his 69% opposition percentage was the highest in the GOP. And while several leftwing and centrist Republicans resisted the excesses of the military-industrial complex, Paul was the only right-wing Republican who posted significant opposition. Paul’s closet competitor on the Republican right, Jim Sensenbrenner voted in opposition to defense policy only 39% of the time.

Paul’s position as a right-wing opponent of excessive defense spending was unique among his peers and generationally out of place. While earlier generations of right-wing Republicans opposed U.S. defense budgets, the draft, and other programs, such figures were exceeding rare after WWII. Until Paul, the last right-wing Republican to fight defense policy was Senator William Langer (ND, 51% opposition), who left Congress in 1959. Again, Paul was on his own in advocating for defense restraint from a uniquely right-wing or libertarian perspective.

On foreign aid and diplomatic policy, Paul was similarly the sole consistent right-wing voice of restraint. On issues of foreign aid (which includes all forms of economic, military, and technical assistance) Paul posted 78% opposition, number one overall. Paul was similarly the sole consistent voice of right-wing restraint on foreign aid and diplomatic policy. Similarly, on issues of Diplomatic policy (defense pacts, economic arrangements, overseas military deployments), led the oppositional pack and posted with 72%. His nearest competitor, conservative Democrat Larry McDonald, voted in opposition with 59% in this category.

comment image

Paul opposed U.S. covert operations in Nicaragua. He voted against military assistance to El Salvador. He sought to limit the presence of U.S. troops in Central America and fought to bring American troops home from Lebanon. In all of these actions, he was among a mere handful of Republicans and still fewer who could be considered conservative or libertarian.

comment image

While some in the liberty movement view Paul as a controversial figure, it is undoubtedly true that he was the single political thread that attached the Old Right to this new era of political transformation. Of the 2,404 Senators and Representatives who served between 1935 and 1992, Rep. Paul ranks #30 in all-time opposition to U.S. foreign policy. Of Republicans, he ranks #23. And of those born after 1930, he’s at the top of the hill at #1. See below for my 1935-1992 leaderboard.

comment image

Regardless of what others may think of his legacy, he kept the lights on for a vision of foreign policy restraint based on sound money, national sovereignty, and nonviolence. For those that desire a more sane foreign policy, regardless of ideology, that alone should warrant gratitude.

It doesn’t piss me off, but you fail to understand the dynamics of a man speaking truth in a den of vipers. Why would they approve of any of his liberty, free market oriented legislation. Ron Paul has done more for helping the regular joe wake up to the reality of the war state and the loss of our liberties than any man I can think of off hand. In fact, I think it’s fair to say that there is an army of awake and active liberty oriented Americans because of his work.

One of Ron Paul’s greatest accomplishments was getting the IRS audited in 2009!

Not bad for a ‘fag’.

Since its creation, this is the first and only time that the Tax Collecting Feds have been audited, and what did that show? In 2011, the audit showed the massive corruption of the privatized Federal Reserve and the unexplained missing 16 trillion dollars that was secretly used to bail out banks, many of them being foreign. How is this not a HUGE accomplishment?

He also publically announced the effect the National Defense Authorization Act has on all of us — that basically the government has a right to indefinitely detain us and torture us if it so much as suspects we have ANY association with a “terrorist” including so much as visiting a website by mistake. You would have NO RIGHT to call a lawyer and certainly NO RIGHT to a trial. He’s also told us that President Barry ordered the assassination of three American citizens.

We never would have gotten the full unadulterated TRUTH from anyone but from someone like Ron Paul.

SUMMARY OF RON PAUL’S PARTIAL FEDERAL RESERVE AUDIT RESULTS

The list of institutions that received the most money from the Federal Reserve can be found on page 131 of the GAO Audit and are as follows…

Citigroup: $2.5 trillion ($2,500,000,000,000)
Morgan Stanley: $2.04 trillion ($2,040,000,000,000)
Merrill Lynch: $1.949 trillion ($1,949,000,000,000)
Bank of America: $1.344 trillion ($1,344,000,000,000)
Barclays PLC (United Kingdom): $868 billion ($868,000,000,000)
Bear Sterns: $853 billion ($853,000,000,000)
Goldman Sachs: $814 billion ($814,000,000,000)
Royal Bank of Scotland (UK): $541 billion ($541,000,000,000)
JP Morgan Chase: $391 billion ($391,000,000,000)
Deutsche Bank (Germany): $354 billion ($354,000,000,000)
UBS (Switzerland): $287 billion ($287,000,000,000)
Credit Suisse (Switzerland): $262 billion ($262,000,000,000)
Lehman Brothers: $183 billion ($183,000,000,000)
Bank of Scotland (United Kingdom): $181 billion ($181,000,000,000)
BNP Paribas (France): $175 billion ($175,000,000,000)
and many many more including banks in Belgium of all places

NB: There is still a drastic need to access all records, data and sourcing to see a real and full audit balance of the further trillions of dollars missing, unaccounted for and illegally write-off. The above summary is still partial therefore inaccurate and would more likely have higher figures.

RON PAUL’S NON-PROFIT REFUSES TO DISCLOSE LIST OF DONORS TO THE IRS
16 Apr, 2014 15:43

“The United States Federal Reserve is usually the government office finding itself most often in the crosshairs of former Texas congressman Ron Paul, but now the longtime lawmaker is setting his sights on another agency: the Internal Revenue Service.

Paul’s relentless efforts to abolish the Fed have without a doubt been a hallmark of the 78-year-old libertarian’s career in Congress, but recent attempts from the IRS to compel a nonprofit organization run by the former presidential hopeful for details about its contributors has pushed him to pursue yet another fight with the federal government”.

RON PAUL AN AMERICAN HERO
Julie Borowski
November 19, 2012

“Ron Paul delivered his hard hitting farewell address on the House floor Wednesday in which he called out the “psychopathic authoritarians” who have eroded our individual liberty and plundered our wealth. As Dr. Paul readily admits, conventional wisdom may say that he has “accomplished very little” in terms of legislative successes during his 12 terms in Congress. Maybe so, but Ron Paul has accomplished something far more important and enduring. He has inspired an entire movement dedicated to the ideas of constitutionally limited government, free markets, and a non-interventionist foreign policy.

Ron Paul’s legacy should not be measured by the number of his bills passed by Congress. His main objective was never to get his bills signed into law. There are no federal buildings or highways named after Ron Paul. “Thank goodness,” he says; he never wanted that.

Ron Paul’s accomplishments should instead be measured by the number of hearts and minds that he has changed. Throughout Ron Paul’s entire congressional career, spreading the message of liberty has always been his first and foremost priority. He ran for president three times to bring more attention to our continual loss of liberty in this country. And for that message, we all owe him a great debt of thanks”.

PENTAGON FAILS FIRST AUDIT, NEOCONS DEMAND MORE SPENDING

RON PAUL: THIS IS THE BIGGEST FED SCANDAL

“Following revelations that Federal Reserve officials made trades in financial assets while the Fed was taking extraordinary efforts to “stimulate” the economy, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell ordered a review of the Fed’s ethics rules. While these trades appear problematic, they pale in comparison to the biggest Fed scandal — the Fed’s impoverishment of ordinary Americans, enrichment of the elites, and facilitation of government debt and deficits.

The depression induced by coronavirus, though really caused by so-called public health actions government took in response, was the official reason for the Fed’s increased asset purchases last year. However, the Fed actually started ramping up its money creating activities in September of 2019, when it began pouring billions a day into the repo markets, which banks use to make short-term loans to each other, in order to keep repo market interest rates low.

Coronavirus was just a convenient excuse for the Fed to do more of what it was already doing. Now, the Fed is using the limited reopening as a scapegoat for rising prices. Of course, anyone who understands Austrian economics understands that rising prices are a symptom, not a cause, of inflation. Inflation is the very act of money creation by the Fed”.

AUDIT THE FED, THEN END IT!

By Ron Paul, MD May 19, 2009

Listen to Ron Paul. Click the play button below.

I have been very pleased with the progress of my legislation, HR 1207, which calls for a complete audit of the Federal Reserve and removes many significant barriers towards transparency of our monetary system. This bill now has nearly 170 cosponsors, with support from both Republicans and Democrats. Senator Bernie Sanders has introduced a companion bill in the Senate S 604, which will hopefully begin to gain momentum as well. I am very encouraged to see so many of my colleagues in Congress stand with me for greater transparency in government.

Some have begun to push back against this bill, and I am very happy to address their concerns.

The main argument seems to be that Congressional oversight over the Fed is government interference in the free market. This argument shows a misunderstanding of what a free market really is. Fundamentally, you cannot defend the Federal Reserve and the free market at the same time. The Fed negates the very foundation of a free market by artificially manipulating the price and supply of money — the lifeblood of the economy. In a free market, interest rates, like the price of any other consumer good, are decentralized and set by the market. The only legitimate, Constitutional role of government in monetary policy is to protect the integrity of the monetary unit and defend against counterfeiters.

Instead, Congress has abdicated this responsibility to a cabal of elite, quasi-governmental banks who, instead of stabilizing the economy, have destabilized it. It took less than two decades for the Federal Reserve to bring on the Great Depression of the 1930’s. It has also inflated away the value of our currency by over 96 percent since its inception. It has invisibly stolen from the poor and given to the rich through this controlled inflation, and now openly stolen through recent bank bailouts. It has predictably exacerbated the very problems it was meant to solve.

Detractors have also argued that the Fed must remain immune from the political process, and that that more congressional oversight would distort their very important decisions. On the contrary, the Federal Reserve is already heavily entrenched in the political process, as the Fed chairman is a political appointee. High-level officials routinely make the rounds between positions at the Fed, member banks, Treasury and back again, taking care of friends and each other along the way.

As far as the foolishness of placing complex monetary policy decisions in the hands of politicians — I couldn’t agree more. No politician or central banker, no matter how brilliant, is smart enough to know more than the market itself. The failure of central economic planning has been witnessed over and over. It is frankly beyond me why we ever agreed to try it again.

To understand how unwise it is to have the Federal Reserve, one must first understand the magnitude of the privileges they have. They have been given the power to create money, by the trillions, and to give it to their friends, under any terms they wish, with little or no meaningful oversight or accountability. Thus the loudest arguments against greater transparency are likely to come from those friends, and understandably so.

However, it is the responsibility of every member of Congress to represent the interests of the people that sent them to Washington and find out what has been happening with our money. As the branch of government with the power of the purse, we really have no other reasonable choice when the economy is in the shape it is in.
