If the Pfizer de-listing document is real, looks like the major holders are trying to get ahead of the lawsuits. De-listing could imply liquidation and transfer of all mRNA patents and liabilities into a holding company with all other non-liability patents and products transferred into a new company that is then relisted free of any devil shot liability. They would essentially split the company into two parts – one with the mRNA liabilities which is then worthless and can’t be sued, and another with all other patents and products that continues on after rebranding. This would imply – again if document is true – that EUA (emergency use authorization) is about to end.
Well – I took that screen shot right off the SEC’s website. So I guess we’ll see soon how real it is.

From the SEC filing what is being delisted are ‘0.250% Notes due 2022’. My guess is bonds are being pulled as they have reached maturity.

Trying to get ahead of the lawsuits implies fraudulent conveyance. Normally liability cannot be discharged like that; but nowdays, it seems that laws are only for little people.

Farmers are pirating John Deere tractor software to stick it to the man
John Deere is becoming known as a particularly troublesome company to deal with when you need to make repairs on one of the expensive pieces of farm equipment you bought. Farmers explained to Motherboard recently how the software running on their tractors make even simple repairs a pain.
John Deere’s tractor firmware prevents the owners from making an unauthorized repairs. Whenever maintenance is needed, an authorized agent needs to swing by and connect to the tractor with diagnostic software. They okay the repair, and the tractor then works.

I still would like to see more of the Moderna docs. They have done a good job of letting the negative spotlight stay on Pfizer.
HUGE numbers of people getting Moderna have immediately (24-36 hours after) come down with Chicken Pox, Shingles or HERPES. Close friend of lawyer daughter #1 got chicken pox and Shingles the next day. Several other friends who got Moderna did too.
She was on the phone with a friend from law school who is the Deputy Attorney General of a state in the Southeast and is in charge of suing drug companies for that AG’s office. She said she was living through hell with Shingles. Daughter said you got Moderna. She said yes she did. Long story short, expect to see major action soon from a state going after Moderna at a minimum. It’s a bad idea to give Shingles to the deputy in charge of enforcement against pharmaceutical companies.

Same here regarding the weekly testing. The unfunny thing is they tell everyone to keep wearing masks in company emails, but no one is. The big wigs were in town for meetings last week and none of them were wearing the masks, including the person that sent out the latest email reminding everyone to keep wearing their masks when in the office. I stopped a few weeks ago, because most people are still working remotely.
I thought those nasal swabs have graphene oxide on them, and the point of requiring frequent testing was to kill you just the same as if you had the injections.
Why is he complying with this ridiculous demand?
..My employer is asking the same of the unvaxed (masks and weekly tests) as a condition to enter company buildings. Neither justification nor an explanation is given and no exceptions are granted. I filed my formal complain with HR and am staying home. There are a few active lawsuits in various stages of appeal, all challenging this practice, at least one of those lawsuits is already waiting for the SCOTUS. We shall see how this gets resolved by the courts.
