Pope Francis Mourns Excess Carbon Emissions Given Off By Notre Dame Fire

Via The Babylon Bee

VATICAN CITY—Pope Francis has called for a time of mourning within the Catholic Church after the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris burned earlier this week.

The period of mourning is said to be a time of weeping for the extra carbon dioxide emissions let off into the air from the fires.

“It is so tragic to see this beautiful, 900-year-old building go up in smoke—smoke that will continue to change our climate, the most pressing spiritual issue for the church today,” Francis said. “As I saw the flames leap upward toward the sky, all I could think of was the bleak future we are contributing toward as our kids only have a decade left on this planet.”

“Hail Mary, full of grace. Please cool our planet,” he then muttered in a heartfelt prayer.

Pope Francis has encouraged Catholics to purchase indulgences to help rebuild the building and buy carbon credits to offset the damage to the climate the fire caused.

“Whenever a carbon credit purchase rings, another soul from purgatory springs,” he said.

With all due respect to any of the readers of this site who happen to be Roman Catholic this Pope is a complete idiot. Using the destruction of this beautiful sanctuary of God to support his globalist agenda is disgusting. What else to expect from a Jesuit Pope.

It’s satire. Well, maybe not.

Honestly I’d bet my next paycheck that a thought similar in content to the article actually did pass through his vapid brain at some point during or after the fire.

I was forced to go to the Catholic church for 9years as a kid. One of the priests was convicted of child porn, and moved to a different church 7 miles down the road. The other priest is on the list of priests cited by PA AG for molesting kids. He got the boot once he got caught with his gay lover too many time. My stepfather and his brother were both molested by their Catholic priests as Altar boys. And the local Catholic priest where I live now just went to jail a few months ago for molesting kids. WTF???!!! I never found the Catholic church appealing in any form to begin with and couldn’t stand the repetitive crap. But the Catholic church was just a jobs program to a bunch of pedophiles and gays who could join the club and pretend to be a servant of God. It goes SO FAR beyond a few bad apples.

I always get a kick out of seeing a procession with the head fucker swinging some kind of pot on a rope with smoke coming out of the pot.

I’m about 98% certain it was the Muslims behind the fire at Notre Dame (although that will obviously be suppressed). It’s an outrage. If they want to assassinate this “pope”, though, that’d be fine with me. Hell, I’ll sharpen their scimitar.

Notice you’re not allowed to even entertain a hint of that theory. I’d put the odds at 99.9% that the religion of pieces had something to do with it.

That guy on Twitter, pretending to be Pope Francis and calling for a Tenth Crusade to drive islam from the West, is a better Pope than Francis will ever be.
