Why are they lying to us? Politicians, Scientists, NHS et al – [Letter from Great Britain – 05-08-21]

“The Financial Jigsaw” has been serialised here and is replaced by this weekly “Letter from Great Britain.”  NOTEIf anyone would like an electronic copy of the complete book, I should be pleased to email a free PDF on request to: [email protected].

A major problem in Britain is that the Establishment is composed of Toffs and Old School Boys who haven’t grown up.  Boris’s dilemma and scandal is a typical example. Until we get people of integrity and honesty in politics – if there are any left – nothing will change.  “Over the past fortnight, the news from Westminster has rather resembled a weird play about pre-revolutionary France, or Tsarist Russia circa 1916.” https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2021/may/02/westminster-eton-schoolboys

There is a very good reason why they will continue to lie – it’s a strategic ploy! Take the Brexit issue for example:

“The classic strategic lie was the slogan painted on the side of the ‘Leave’ campaign’s bus during the Brexit referendum that claimed that the UK sent £350 million a week to the EU. It was a figure that was easily, and frequently, rebutted – not just by Remain campaigners but by all the reputable fact-checking organisations.  But that didn’t matter.  Cummings made no attempt to defend the figure in his blog about the campaign but instead described it as “a brilliant communications ploy” saying that it “…worked much better than I thought it would”.

Cummings’ ploy could be seen up and running within days of the Leave campaign’s launch, when ITV’s News at Ten devoted a full eight minutes to an interview in which Johnson was repeatedly and robustly challenged over the truth of the £350 million claim. The more naïve might have thought that the interview had effectively destroyed the Leave campaign’s key slogan; but far from it. The interview, and similar ones on other news bulletins, meant the issue of the UK’s payments to Europe was seen by millions of viewers as the most important issue of the campaign.

In addition, once a statement – or lie for that matter – has found a sympathetic ear, then no amount of rebuttal will convince people that it is not true. This is because the lie fits their worldview and to believe anything else would create a sense of cognitive dissonance, something we all seek to avoid. Furthermore, people’s memories of corrections fade rapidly, but the memory of the original lie remains.

Hence, Remain campaigners found that every time they sought to rebut statements such as the £350 million claim – or, for example, the notion that Turkey was about to join the EU (it wasn’t, but it kept the issue of immigration front and central) – they found themselves inadvertently rebroadcasting the lies. This has been described by media scholar Caroline Jack as “unintentional amplification”, which in turn leads to another phenomenon which she identifies as “inadvertent legitimisation” – the act of giving credibility to “strategic lies” simply by repeating them. Mud sticks

Striking quick and hard is one of the key components of the strategic lie playbook, as the Brexit referendum demonstrated and could also be seen during the 2019 general election. In the first week of the campaign, the Conservatives posted a doctored video clip showing Labour’s then EU spokesperson, Keir Starmer, apparently stumbling over a question about the party’s Brexit stance. But in the original Starmer had not stumbled at all

Challenged about the doctored clip, Conservative party chairman James Cleverly (yes. his real name, believe it or not) sought to laugh it off by telling BBC Breakfast that, “Everyone could see the video was ‘obviously edited’ because of the music underneath.”

Notwithstanding this, the doctored clip was viewed over a million times in the days immediately following and Labour’s subsequent disavowal posts were seen by many more – just one BBC report of the incident received 1.1 million hits on Twitter.  And this my friends is why lying works: https://theconversation.com/strategic-lies-deliberate-untruths

MSM represented in this case by the BBC and ‘The Guardian’ are lying to us all the time – here’s the proof using India as a classic, current example. This article spells out, in detail, how this is being done:  “The scenes being broadcast on ‘BBC News’ and displayed in newspapers such as ‘The Guardian’ across the UK on the current situation unfolding in India are horrifying. Reports of people dying in the street, images of mass “bonfires” in which they are burning the dead, constant stories about the lack of oxygen and the rush to get it from ‘A to B’ in order to save the lives of thousands of people; sounds almost apocalyptic doesn’t it?

The amount of disinformation and misinformation on India’s “Covid crisis” is now so vast that it’s hard to know where to begin to untangle the web of deceit and lies. ‘The Guardian’ on the 3rd May 2021. The article in question was headlined “Covering India’s Covid crisis: ‘Hundreds of journalists have lost their lives’”.  This is a blatant lie. The current situation unfolding in India is actually only affecting two places in particular, Delhi and Mumbai. So this is far from almost everyone in the country, a grand total of 1.4 billion people. But the main “area of concern” is currently Delhi. Step outside of these two areas and you’ll find that the rest of India is carrying on as normal.

But the propaganda doesn’t end there. Later on in the article ‘The Guardian’ ask their South Asia correspondent ‘What needs to happen now in order for the crisis to abate?’ Here’s the answer that was given – “The only thing that is going to get us out of this crisis is vamping up vaccine production and distribution.”  Prior to the Covid Vaccine roll-out the Indian Government had been treating the citizens of India with Ivermectin.  . India began using Ivermectin late August 2020, and as you can see from the graph [in the link below] it had great success in reducing the number of daily deaths attributed to Covid-19.

However for some strange reason they switched tack in January to the experimental Covid vaccines, but didn’t really get going with the vaccine roll-out until the end of February. Fast forward two weeks and the deaths attributed to Covid-19, which had almost flat lined suddenly started to rise at an unexplained and exponential rate compared to the rate previously seen in India [the graph is instructive].

India is using the Covishield vaccine which is in fact the AstraZeneca jab under a different brand name. Who produces Covishield in India?   The Serum Institute of India. Who funds the Serum Institute of India?   The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Who also funds ‘The Guardian” newspaper?   The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

There are many more webs of lies and deceit to untangle in regards to the current narrative on India’s “Covid crisis” in the mainstream media but for today we’ll end with a graph comparing the cumulative confirmed Covid-19 deaths per million people in the United Kingdom and India”. https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/05/03/uncovering-the-truth-about-indias-alleged-covid-crisis/  Check out the graphs in the article – amazing!  AND here is additional information concerning America and, would you believe, Mongolia where deaths are rising following vaccine rollout: https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/05/05/we-cant-ignore-the-link-between-the-covid-vaccine-roll-out-and-rising-covid-deaths-any-longer-india-is-one-coincidence-too-far/

There is no global shortage of food – more lying “Even under any plausible future population scenario, there will be no shortage as evidenced by scientist Dr Jonathan Latham in his recent paper ‘The Myth of a Food Crisis’.

However, new gene drive and gene editing techniques have now been developed and the industry is seeking the unregulated commercial release of products that are based on these methods.

It does not want plants, animals and micro-organisms created with gene-editing to be subject to safety checks, monitoring or consumer labelling. This is concerning given the real dangers that these techniques pose.

Many peer-reviewed research papers now call into question industry claims about the ‘precision’, safety and benefits of gene-edited organisms and can be accessed on the GMWatch.org website.”  https://off-guardian.org/2021/04/19/gates-unhinged-dystopian-vision-for-the-future-of-food/

At last it appears that the cracks are visible in the crazy notion of lockdowns – more lying. “It is a blessing of this ideology that it came with a built-in promise. They would achieve better disease outcomes than traditional public health practices, so they said. This promise will eventually be their undoing, for one simple reason: they have not worked. Kuhn writes that in the history of science, this is prelude to crisis due to “the persistent failure of the puzzles of normal science to come out as they should. Failure of existing rules is the prelude to a search for new ones.” Further: “The significance of crises is the indication they provide that an occasion for retooling has arrived.”

The silence of Fauci in Congressional hearings is telling. His willingness only to be interviewed by fawning mainstream media TV anchors is as well. Many of the other lockdowners that were public and preening one year ago have fallen silent, sending ever fewer tweets and content that is ever more surreptitious rather than certain. The crisis for the fake science of lockdownism may not be upon us now but it is coming.

Kuhn speaks of the post-crisis period of science as a time for a new paradigm to emerge, first nascently and then becoming canonical over time. What will replace lockdown ideology? We can hope it will be the realization that the old principles of public health served us well, as did the legal and moral principles of human rights and restrictions on the powers of government.”  https://www.aier.org/article/the-lockdown-paradigm-is-collapsing/

AND life is beginning to return but against the government’s wishes; they continue to ignore the real facts and figures in their effort to control the hell out of the British public.  “With every new study, with every new paper, the “deadly” pandemic gets less and less, well, deadly. The most recent data review, published in late March, puts the infection fatality ratio (IFR) at 0.15%.  That is, once again, pretty much the same as a normal flu season.

The new paper is the work of Dr John Ioannidis, whom you likely remember. He is an eminent epidemiologist and statistician who publicly urged the need for “good data” last spring. Do you remember last spring? Which were the blissful days of never having even heard of “infection fatality ratio”?” https://off-guardian.org/2021/04/21/covids-ifr-just-keeps-dropping/

BUT not only are the British under totalitarian attack.  This excellent article from Brandon Smith might have appeared on TBP, so I may have missed it. He hits the nail on the head:  “The bottom line is this:  The leftist ideology is collectivist and totalitarian in nature. It is completely incompatible with the conservative principles of liberty, self-determination, meritocracy, limited government and free market economics.”  The social justice cult has gone so far into extremism that reason and logic are actually vilified by them. They openly support mass censorship, mass violence against innocent people, mob intimidation against the citizenry, they argue in favor of economic lockdowns and unconstitutional Covid mandates, they support draconian vaccine passports, and they are partners with Big Tech corporations as well as globalists institutions like the Ford Foundation and the Open Society Foundation. They are diametrically opposed to everything that conservatives and lovers of liberty hold dear.

The best possible outcome right now is that conservatives congregate, unify and organize from the local level to the state level to the point that we act as a deterrent to future tyranny.  We all know one day the establishment is going to come for us, and if so then we’ll greet them with a long range love letter (if you get my meaning). But at least we will know where we stand. At least we will be living among kindred spirits, and at least there will be a glimmer of hope for the world.”  https://alt-market.us/red-states-are-fighting-back-against-the-reset-what-does-this-mean-for-the-future/

THUS as the crisis matures we all may need a ‘lifeboat’ county in which to survive the storm.  Charles Hugh Smith has a wonderful article using this analogy and I always admire his logical approach to problems:  As a sailor myself I understand the buttons he is pressing:

“I would look for a boat with low-key individuals with high situational awareness and experience in responding to crises and danger. Combat veterans come to mind, but there are many others with training and experience (or natural abilities) that aids their situational awareness, risk assessment and responses to rapidly evolving threats. The OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) is an example of this process.

I would also look for a boat with the increasingly rare individuals who do what they say they’re going to do, and do it without self-obsessed drama/trauma or childish excuses. These individuals have a healthy awareness of their own limits and the limits of human nature. They don’t overpromise to make themselves larger than they really are and they won’t burden the rest of the boat with their self-absorbed histrionics or adolescent excuses.”

Going it alone is a high-risk strategy. So is becoming dependent on self-important, self-absorbed people who are incapable of viewing reality as anything other than: It’s All About Me. I’m sure it’s no surprise that the next five years will be risky and challenging; to the degree that we will be reliant on those closest to us, we are sharing a virtual lifeboat.” Choose your boat-mates carefully. http://charleshughsmith.blogspot.com/2021/04/which-lifeboat-will-you-choose.html

Vaccine Passports are being promoted across the board but they are useless“Doctors for Covid Ethics said: “There is no scientific foundation to the concept of vaccine passports and no rational case at all for vaccine passports. To set a six-month cut-off is bizarre and arbitrary. Examining the time course of antibodies in blood samples is not a valid approach to the question of, ‘how long does immunity last?’

“This is because antibodies aren’t the most important host defence mechanism in immunity to viruses. That’s considered to be T-cell memory (cytotoxic as well as ‘helper’ lymphocytes) and B-memory (antibody producing) cells. Antibodies naturally fall over time if you’re no longer constantly rechallenged with the infective pathogen. As community prevalence falls away, this re-exposure to the virus also diminishes.

“When durability of immunity to the closest known virus, SARS, was studied, those who had acquired immunity naturally, through infection in 2003, all retained immunity 17 years later. There is speculation that ‘variants’ of SARS-CoV-2 might ‘break through’ the immunity gained through natural infection or vaccination. There is absolutely no evidence for this at all.  “In fact, there is very strong evidence to the contrary – that no variant is sufficiently different from the original virus that it’s even possible for ‘immune escape’ to occur. Several groups of immunologists have shown convincingly that people immune to one variant have T-cells which recognise all the other variants tested. This isn’t a surprise, for no variant differs from the original sequence by more than 0.3 per cent.

“In fact, those who had retained immunity to SARS also possessed cross-immunity to SARS-CoV-2. These two viruses differ by approximately 20 per cent. Obviously, if our immune systems easily recognise two viruses which share 80 per cent similarity, it follows that differences of 0.3 per cent are completely irrelevant.” https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/04/29/there-is-no-scientific-foundation-to-the-concept-of-vaccine-passports-according-to-huge-group-of-doctors-from-around-the-world/

BREXIT: “The eurozone is in a technical recession, defined as two consecutive quarters of economic contraction, for the second time since the pandemic began, a so-called double dip recession. The UK has not reported first-quarter GDP yet; it shrank in January but grew in February. The US has posted a rise of 1.6% while China recorded 0.6% growth.

Three of the Eurozone’s largest economies were in decline. The main negative surprise came from Germany, which shrank by 1.7%, while Spain contracted by 0.5% and Italy’s GDP fell by 0.4% – which put the Italian economy into a technical recession. France grew 0.4%, having delayed its lockdown until the end of March when a surge in infections forced President Emmanuel Macron to act.

The wider EU of 27 countries also went into recession in the first quarter when GDP fell by 0.4%, following a 0.5% contraction in the previous quarter.”  Looks like Britain remains better out:  https://www.theguardian.com/business/2021/apr/30/eurozone-driven-into-double-dip-recession

VACCINE ADVERSE REACTIONS:  The number 13 is viewed as unlucky by many, and after reading the UK Government’s 13th update on adverse reactions to the Covid-19 vaccines, we imagine there are hundreds of thousands of people who are feeling extremely unlucky right now. Check out the latest report from HMG: https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/05/01/shocking-u-k-government-release-13th-report-on-adverse-reactions-to-the-covid-vaccines/

AND from America: VAERS data released today showed 157,277 reports of adverse events following COVID vaccines, including 3,837 deaths and 16,014 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020 and April 30, 2021. https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/vaers-vaccine-injuries-climb-pfizer-seeks-full-approval

Sorry it’s long-copy this week – lots coming in at present as more people speak out.

I told my kids to tell bullies to fuck off. What’s being done to people by their own Governments is disgusting and evil.

“However for some strange reason they switched tack in January to the experimental Covid vaccines”
Lets not be coy, there are reasons
1. no pharma profits from Ivermectin
2. no need for tyrannical “vaccine” passports with Ivermectin
3. better for government officials to be at the cool kids table than save lives
4. COVID is wearing itself out, someone must die to continue the fear narrative
5. ?

I was listening to zeph Daniel and he mentioned that the Biden regime is the FRONT for the coup- not the coup itself. I guess I was thinking they were the coup, but they are all so literally deranged (dems, everyone in govt including GB, Europe, Canada, etc.)
I knew it but it had to be said in that way for me to truly get it, I suppose.
So is it China? Is it Russia? Or is it the shadow?
I guess I put it here because commentators of politics, economics, society (including plandemic) really need to face what’s really going on here. I cringe at most of ‘our side’ news stories because of this lack of foresight, or the need to not sound crazy.
I think we will be finding out soon, unfortunately.
