My Simple, Effective Comprehensive Illegal Immigration Reform Plan: Go Home

My Simple, Effective Comprehensive Illegal Immigration Reform Plan: Go Home

Get out, illegals. Go home. Or don’t go home – I don’t care where you go. You just can’t stay here in America.

This is my elegant, uncomplicated comprehensive immigration reform plan. If we did not invite you in – if you didn’t have the basic courtesy and respect for this country to ask to come here, then get out. And don’t come back – if you snuck into America, you don’t get to come back.

It’s simple and fair. The fair part is important, because it’s about time that our immigration laws be fair to the only people who should matter when we make our policies – American citizens.

Yes, the goal of our immigration system should be one thing – to benefit American citizens. It may scandalize the elite to prioritize our own people, but that’s okay – in fact, I hope they run in 2020 on a platform of putting foreigners first.

In the meantime, the Big Bamboozle is coming back around again. It shows up every few years with a new name, but it’s always the same thing – a bogus promise to halt the illegal invasion facilitated by Democrats seeking replacement voters for you disobedient Normals and by Chamber of Commerce-types shilling for the big corporations that want an endless supply of pliable, obedient, and cheap labor.

It’s amnesty, and amnesty by any other name still stinks.

With more of the theoretical border getting erased by the day as tens of thousands of foreigners heed the call of the Democrats to march north (or overstay their visas), the Fredocons are sensing yet another opportunity to jam down their open borders agenda on an unwilling GOP base. They are already talking about trying to trick the Trump into signing on.

Why, we can’t just seal the damn border up, Mr. President. See, we need ‘comprehensive immigration reform’ to solve the problem that a big concrete wall would fix but we wouldn’t give you.

They say the real problem is millions of illegals on our soil living in the shadows. Of course, the problem is not a bunch of law-breaking foreigners on our soil having to live in the shadows. The problem is a bunch of law-breaking foreigners on our soil.

Nothing follows that period.

Here’s our counter-offer. No amnesty, ever, no matter how much lipstick they put on it.

But what about those sadz-having illegals having to live with the consequences of their lawbreaking as they use stolen identities to stick around the States? Don’t we have a moral obligation to help them?

No.

That illegals have to live in the shadows is at least something; it’s even better when they get dumped off in sanctuary cities and live in the shadows there. But what they should be doing is living in their homelands. You don’t get to come into our house without knocking and expect to take over the master bedroom. So, Normal Americans are distinctly disinterested in making it more comfortable for people who shouldn’t be here in the first place to be here. They should not be here. They should leave.

Get. Out.

Now, this may seem harsh if you, say, hate the idea of representative government. You see, that’s what that Scholastic Rock talking bill cartoon taught us back in the 70s that America had – that our representatives, elected by us citizens, made the laws and the executive enforced them. Sounds like a great idea.

So, our representatives made a law that said foreigners who cruised into the country without permission had to be sent packing. Cool. The will of the citizenry in action. And yet, that’s not happening anymore. This is a problem because We The People are supposed to be ruling ourselves, and when our crummy elite decides “Nah, we’d prefer a different policy and, because we can’t actually pass a law to change the law, we’ll just not enforce the law you citizens enacted,” Americans no longer live in a republic.

We live in a dictatorship, a soft one, unlike the kind many of these illegals left, but a dictatorship. We have laws effectively being made by the elite without our consent. They’ve effectively repealed our immigration laws. And that is not okay.

Now, if our House and Senate passed a law letting intruders kick back and chill, and the President signed it, I would be very annoyed. Not voting in 2020 annoyed, if you’re listening GOP. My position is clear – no invitation, stay behind the velvet rope. I would grumble, and make the Republicans who collaborated pay at the polls, but if our citizens, through their elected representatives and the constitutional process, choose to do something I disagree with, then okay. Part of being in a free country is accepting when the citizens of your free country choose a policy you disagree with (of course, within the bounds of the Constitution – for example, no law to limit free speech or ban guns could ever be legitimate and you would have no moral duty to obey it). But you get the point.

However, the elite’s refusal to enforce the laws we made regarding immigration is more than just bad because it lets millions of people who shouldn’t be here come here and stay here. It is bad – very bad – because it creates the template for other policies we citizens have enacted to be effectively overridden by our garbage ruling class.

But merely not enforcing our existing laws is not enough; they want to pull an okey-doke on us with “comprehensive immigration reform” that means new laws that will let even more illegals in and even more stay. Donald Trump is going to be presented with a sucker’s smorgasbord (Which reminds me – deport all illegal Swedes) of proposals to “solve the border crisis,” none of which will actually solve the border crisis and all of which will result in more illegals being here – only legally. It’s all amnesty, and it’s all a scam. Remember how you should never let a good crisis go to waste? Well, they see this as a good crisis, and if a few tens of thousands of Americans have to OD on Fentanyl that’s a price they’re willing to pay to dilute us conservative voters and to enrich the corporate donor class.

It’s all lies, and we need to reject it. When it comes to immigration reform, there are only two things we should be talking about: Stopping the ones who aren’t here yet from coming in and throwing the ones who are here out. The answer to “comprehensive immigration reform” must be a comprehensive “Hell no!”

The Democrats want to permanently morph America into a nation of submissive peasants because you people are uppity and uncooperative. But that’s just not going to happen. As I show in my action-packed novels about the United States disunited into red and blue, People’s RepublicIndian Country and Wildfire, the America they want is a nightmare. The America we can make great again will be a beacon of freedom. Which the Democrats are against. Just ask them.

Always pointing at the ‘demonrats’ as the cause for the open border. Both the demonrats and the republicants desire to keep this border open. Other than that, I am in agreement with what was written.

Kurt says to wit: “Yes, the goal of our immigration system should be one thing – to benefit American citizens.” – Let me make a correction – He should have stated that the goal of the present immigration system is, as is most everything else CON-gress does, is for the corporations that own them.

This entire immigration mess is a big complicated problem – only because the “owners” want it to be. If they confuse the average Joe with all of this Feelz nonsense, all of this legal nonsense, all of this fairness nonsense, it distracts them from the simplicity that this is all about CHEAP LABOR.
From the H1-B visa’s on the high end job level, to the “jobs Americans won’t do” on the lower end, this is all a distraction from the real crux of the issue; They have now outsourced as much as they could to India, Pakistan, China and any other communist slave labor shithole they can. NOW they need to have work done cheaply that can’t be outsourced. Local work. So, they must bring in the cheapest labor possible to all of our cities and towns.

Think of a Matrix analagy – We are the batteries, and now it is becoming too energy expensive to maintain the use of us as batteries. So they are simply replacing us as the batteries with a new set of cheaper ones. They can be pushed to run on a much shorter charge, and will be a lot more “agreeable” and not ask questions.

Meanwhile, they will keep us all placated with more welfare, UBI, and other socialist crap. Hungry mouths tend to riot, satiated belly’s stay fat and stupid. WE are the fat and stupid, and once we sober up and realize what has happened, it will be way too late to make any change at all. The criminals will slip out to their gated communities and islands, and leave the US mainland to become something out of Mad Max. Plan on it.

One last thing – “But what they should be doing is living in their homelands. You don’t get to come into our house without knocking and expect to take over the master bedroom.” And, I will add, you don’t get to SHIT and hoard your house, then expect to move in to ours and expect us to allow you to SHIT and hoard our house.
Most of these “amnesty seekers” come from countries whose “revolutions” they supported and turned them in to hell holes. Now, these same idiots think that just coming to our country, and demanding that things change to their customs will make our country better? If those customs and policies are so great, WHY DID THEY NOT WORK IN YOUR COUNTRY? And WHY are you coming here?
Does anyone actually leave paradise?

The big difference none of these open boarders types wants to acknowledge is that the immigrants of the past, that came in on Ellis Island etc. KNEW that their country was a lost cause, and moved here because they saw that the American way was the right way. They could not wait to become American citizens, and participate AS AMERICAN CITIZENS in a system that they knew worked better than what they came from. The folks that came from the “old country” knew they could do much better, and be more successful in a country that valued individuals over entities, and supported individual rights over collectivist nonsense. They did not want us to change, they wanted us to give them a chance, and wanted to become us. They had no problems with working, self responsibility and learning our language.
These “immigrants” of today, are an embarrassment to the older folks that came to this country for a change, and some self respect. /rant over

I would build a very tall wall. Behind the wall I would have giant catapults I would use to fire every illegal I caught over the wall and back into Mexico. Even Canucks. Let Mexico deal with them, too. A catapult with a range of say 400 yards should be ample.

There is no will or desire for government to round up and deport those illegally in our nation ! If their were they would get the net at every construction site and every Home Depot in America . Line them up in front of a judge with a few questions : where were you born ? Do you have documentation that you are legally in the US ? Can you prove it ? Yes you have 24 hours to document proof ! No you are deported . End of story !
Round them up and get them the fuck out of here !

Boat – US citizens do not have to have ID. Of any kind. They need not speak to police. Ever. The burden of proof will lie on the popo.

Your plan is unquestionably unConstitutional. Probably mine, too, but at least I could try making the case that they are wetbacks and as such are not protected by the Constitutional rights afforded citizens. Who knows, maybe I would get a sympathetic judged and could start heaving them over the wall before the Supreme Court stopped me.

Let’s work on my idea. Plus it would be a lot more fun. Maybe even make it an Olympic even – kind of like archery but with wetbacks and a catapult.

The people cannot force the government to do it’s job. So we can take that option off the table.

The first thing that MUST be done if there is anything to be done at all is to use the right words. This is not an immigration matter, it never was, this is criminal. They’ve seized the narrative by controlling the use of the words and we don’t have to comply with that.

If someone pulls off an armored car heist, it’s not a banking issue or something that can be fixed by tightening regulatory compliance issues via Taft/Hartley, because those things have nothing to do with the original crime even though the money belonged to a bank.

No one on this blog ever left the USA or came back in without providing ample proof of citizenship and reasons for their travel ad we’re citizens. If the laws regarding entrance into this country are that comprehensive, how can anyone possibly explain why the flood of tens of millions of criminals- that’s what you call someone who breaks the law- across our borders if not with the complete involvement of our government? They control the points of entry, they control the borders. It isn’t a budgetary issue, a courts issue, an enforcement issue because all of those things are available to deal with us if we decided on our return to JFK from a vacation in the Bahamas to just walk past the customs agents.

So now that they’re here the only thing we can do is to make their time here as inhospitable as we can.You don’t patronize any business they work for or own, you don’t give them directions, or even a smile, you ignore them as if they didn’t exist. Every company or organization that sucks up to them, you withhold your financial support and shop elsewhere. They can’t force you to contribute to open criminality and they can’t make you be warm and welcoming to the people they are using to replace you.

The collapse is already in process. Those waiting on something significant to point to as the thing that signals the 4th Turning have their heads so far up their fourth point of contact that nothing anyone says or does will qualify. As it accelerates more and more there will be plenty of fence sitters that will come down on the right side. In the meantime never use their language to discuss this issue. When someone uses the word “immigration” correct them and explain to them the difference between a criminal and an immigrant, like the difference between a rapist and a spouse.

HSF – I beg to differ in one point. I used to cross the US Mexican border all the time back in the 1970s to get cheap beer. No border patrol, no checkpoints, nothing. It was entirely open just south of Deming NM. I mean there was nothing between us and them or them and us. I would not like to have passed a checkpoint on the way back because, you know, drunken injun and all that. I was young and stupid once, you know, not just stupid like now.

My dad was driving once and we did get pulled over on the way back. The NM highway patrol said to him “boy, how much you had to drink”. My pa said “you know them number nine washtubs, officer?” The officer said “yes”. My pa said “about that much”. The officer and his partner split a gut laughing, and let us go, but I had to drive, given my dad told them I only had had half a number nine.

That is a true story. My old man was a funny bastard, in addition to often being a real bastard, and could read people. Somehow he knew what to say to them so they would let us go.

HSF – btw, if Americans are too stupid to even buy American made goods, to save their own jobs, how on earth can you even dream that they would be smart enough to do the things you mention above, like boycott businesses that employ illegals, etc.?

Never underestimate the stupidity of the average person. And if you think how stupid the average American is, consider that half of them are even stupider than that.

It would probably be a career ender but perhaps some rogue agents could raid several Home Depots or better, some big companies and take out the management in handcuffs along with the illegals.

Fine the employers of illegals, huge $$$ fines. That gives the illegals a reason to leave and makes millions of enforcement agents instead of a few thousand.

The Democrats will never let that happen. They are building their base in the rush to put the underclass and working poor on their plantation.
